Agreement and Acceptance

Order Process and Acceptance
When you place an order on Sand + Fog - Investment in Relaxation, you are making an offer to purchase products such as Linen Sprays, Perfumes, Diffusers, and Candles. However, submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance by our store.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:

- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
If an order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund of the amount charged.
Please note that order confirmation emails confirm receipt of your order but do not confirm acceptance. Final acceptance occurs only when the order has shipped.

Prices listed on the site may change at any time without notice and do not guarantee product availability. Availability is confirmed only once your order is accepted and processed.
If an item you ordered, such as the 18ml Cologne Spray Set or the 3 pack of 15 ml Fragrance Diffuser Oils, becomes unavailable after your purchase, our support team will contact you to:
- Wait for the item to be restocked
- Select a comparable substitute product
- Cancel the order for a full refund
Product Use and Care
Product descriptions include fragrance notes, materials, and estimated usage details. Because scent perception varies by environment and individual, actual experience may differ, especially with candles and diffusers.
To ensure quality and safety, please follow all care and usage instructions provided, such as trimming candle wicks and proper diffuser use. Damage caused by improper use is not eligible for returns or warranty claims.
Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate shipping and contact information to ensure proper delivery. If your order, for example the After Midnight 70 ml Eau de Toilette, is shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information you supplied, Sand + Fog - Investment in Relaxation is not responsible for failed delivery.
In such cases, reshipping to the correct address may incur additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sand + Fog - Investment in Relaxation limits its liability relating to any order to the total amount you paid for that order.
This limitation does not affect any legal rights you may have that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
